Clinical Research Associate, Sponsor Dedicated, Oncology

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Clinical Research Associate dedicated to a sponsor, working in oncology. You will help ensure that study sites run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the conduct of clinical trials in line with Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Help sites develop and track recruitment plans so project needs are met.
• Provide protocol training and keep regular contact with sites to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Evaluate site practices for protocol adherence and escalate quality issues as needed.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, enrollment and data management to keep studies on schedule.
• Maintain documents in the Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator's Site File (ISF) as required.
• Mentor clinical staff through co-monitoring and training visits.
• Work closely with the study team and manage site finances and invoice retrieval according to local requirements.

Required profile

• BS degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare, preferred.
• At least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience in oncology; 2 years preferred.
• Strong understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines and expertise in oncology protocols.
• Effective time and financial management, and the ability to build strong working relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

The potential base pay range, when annualized, is $90,200 to $197,500, depending on qualifications, location and schedule. Additional compensation may include incentives, bonuses and benefits.
