About the role
The Radiology Administration at the University of Miami seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator to oversee program development, daily operations, and financial performance. This hybrid position supports the university’s mission by ensuring efficient imaging workflows and safe AI integration.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze results, and recommend actions.
- Coordinate clinical program activities across departments to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor imaging dashboards, AI algorithm performance, and pending imaging reports.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient data.
- Prepare financial and operational reports for management.
- Support radiologists and providers with communication, STAT/VIP cases, and workflow troubleshooting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum two years of experience in clinical program coordination or related healthcare operations.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient data protection.
- Experience with radiology systems such as PACS, Epic, PowerScribe, and AI tools (AIDOC, AI algorithms).
