About the role

The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor will lead the Gross Room and Morgue operations within the Anatomic Pathology department at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This position is part of the Clinical Staff – Medical Services team and reports to the department leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities in the gross room and morgue, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee laboratory staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high-quality specimen processing.
• Coordinate with other clinical departments to facilitate efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
