Clinical Implementation Specialist – EHR Platform

About the role

Qualifacts is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to guide new customers through the full implementation lifecycle of its behavioral health EHR platforms. The role blends clinical expertise, technical knowledge, and strong communication to ensure successful adoption and compliance with state reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new customer implementations from kickoff through go‑live, managing documentation, agendas, and project updates.
• Assess clinical practices, state reporting, and patient treatment requirements, then develop and present collaborative solutions.
• Resolve client inquiries, maintain ownership through resolution, and ensure quality of configured features.
• Document and track all customer state and reporting requirements to guarantee compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Clinical experience in behavioral health or general healthcare.
• SaaS/cloud implementation experience; EHR/EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for on‑site visits.

Required skills

• Data visualization and reporting analysis expertise.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with CCBHC and state‑specific clinical requirements (NY or CA preferred).
