Clinical Faculty – Radiology (Abdominal Imaging)

About the role

The University of Miami Health System is seeking a fellowship‑trained radiologist to join its Division of Abdominal Imaging as a full‑time clinical faculty member. The position is open rank (Assistant, Associate, or Professor) on the clinical educator track and involves both patient care and academic responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide active clinical imaging services in outpatient and inpatient settings, interpreting X‑ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound studies and performing selected fluoroscopic procedures.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in diagnostic radiology and abdominal imaging.
• Participate in clinical research, journal clubs, and multidisciplinary conferences.
• Supervise technical personnel, contribute to quality‑assurance activities, and be part of the on‑call radiology schedule.
• Assist with administrative duties related to musculoskeletal and abdominal imaging services.

Required profile

• Medical degree with completion of a Diagnostic Radiology residency.
• Body Imaging fellowship (or equivalent subspecialty training) with at least one year of dedicated fellowship experience.
• Board certification or eligibility with the American Board of Radiology.
• Florida medical license or eligibility.
