Clinical Exercise Physiologist (Phase 2)

About the role

Carda Health is seeking a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to deliver virtual cardiac rehabilitation care. You will support patients throughout our flagship program and contribute to clinical studies with leading health systems.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate prescriptions and treat cardiac rehab patients according to clinical protocols.
• Design individualized exercise programs and address technical issues with wearables and tablets.
• Collaborate with founders and the technology team to improve the digital care delivery model.
• Provide patient support, encouraging accountability and engagement in rehabilitation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in an in‑person cardiopulmonary rehab facility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology (Master’s preferred) and ACSM‑CEP certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency with mobile technology and ability to troubleshoot patient devices.
• Self‑driven, organized, and able to work with little direction in a high‑growth startup.
