Clinical Care Navigator - After Hours

About the role

Lyra Health provides evidence-based mental health care to more than 20 million people globally, working with employers and health plans. As an After Hours Care Navigator, you will manage crises, give in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensure client safety and connect them to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities. The role is exclusively by phone and email, with no in-person services or therapy.

Required profile

• Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent, with an independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.) or a Registered Nurse (RN); supervised hours toward licensure are not provided.
• RNs must have two years of specific behavioral health experience including risk assessment and safety planning.
• All other licenses require two years of post-license experience (EAP or clinical call center experience preferred).
• Significant experience managing high-acuity clinical situations such as active suicidality or homicidality, NSSIB and mandated reporting.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred but not required.
• Full-time U.S. resident; work cannot be done from outside the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt quickly to new protocols and share actionable feedback with internal teams.

The position requires one of two after-hours shifts: Tuesday to Saturday, 5:30pm-2am PT, or 7pm-3:30am PT.
