Clinical Care Navigator - After Hours (Bilingual Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Lyra Health provides evidence-based mental health care to more than 20 million people globally, working with employers and health plans. As a Care Navigator, you will manage crises and give in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensure their safety and connect them to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities. The role is exclusively by phone and email, with no in-person services or therapy.

• Provide actionable feedback to internal teams and help improve care processes

Required profile

• Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent, with an independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.) or a Registered Nurse (RN); supervised hours toward licensure are not provided
• RNs must have two years of behavioral health experience including risk assessment and safety planning
• Other licenses require two years of post-license experience (EAP or clinical call center experience preferred)
• Significant experience managing high-acuity situations such as active suicidality or homicidality, NSSIB and mandated reporting
• Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates strongly preferred (not required)
• Full-time U.S. resident; work cannot be done from outside the United States
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and crisis management skills; comfort with new technology platforms

Shifts are Tuesday to Saturday, 5:30pm-2am PT or 7pm-3:30am PT.
