About the role

The Clinical Business Operations Representative 2 supports the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology by ensuring smooth pre‑ and post‑care processes, handling administrative duties, and providing courteous patient service.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate prompt resolution of pre‑ and post‑care issues in daily clinical operations.
• Perform general administrative and receptionist duties, including answering multiple phone lines, managing patient appointments, and handling patient demographic and insurance information.
• Review clinical records for completeness, obtain authorizations, and ensure all required signatures are present.
• Manage provider bump lists, schedule and reschedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits.
• Process CRM entries from clinical sites, respond to inbox messages, and maintain UChart communications.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience, certification, or license).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols quickly.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software and computer applications.
• Experience using Nice Systems call‑center platform.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and UChart messaging system.
• Knowledge of UConnect platform for clinical communications.
