About the role

The Clinical Business Operations Representative 1 supports daily clinical operations by resolving pre‑ and post‑care issues, handling administrative and receptionist duties, and managing patient communications and records. The role ensures courteous, efficient service while adhering to departmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the department in managing expectations surrounding pre‑ and post‑patient care.
• Obtain and review patient demographic, insurance, and referral information.
• Review clinical records for completeness, including authorizations and signatures.
• Answer multiple telephone lines, triage calls, respond to inquiries, and document messages.
• Greet visitors and callers, directing them to appropriate staff.
• Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems and maintain smooth practice flow.
• Provide coverage for co‑workers as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Strong ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
