About the role

Clinically AI is seeking a Clinical AI Implementation Lead to own end‑to‑end implementations of its AI‑driven documentation platform for behavioral health and healthcare organizations. The role goes beyond deployment, focusing on sustained usage, workflow integration, and long‑term adoption across clinical, compliance, audit, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑grade implementations from kickoff through stabilization, including project planning, configuration, training, and adoption.
• Drive adoption by guiding clinicians and administrators from experimentation to confident daily usage, measuring success through sustained workflow integration.
• Manage complex, cross‑functional rollouts across clinical, operational, compliance, and technical teams.
• Lead change‑management initiatives to build trust in AI‑driven workflows.
• Configure AI tools and provide workflow consulting tailored to each customer’s clinical and compliance needs.
• Integrate implementation, training, adoption, support, and workflow optimization into a unified customer experience.

Required profile

• Adoption‑focused mindset, measuring success by sustained usage and outcomes.
• Strong project and program management experience with multi‑stakeholder implementations.
• Empathy and change‑leadership skills to guide skeptical users.
• AI‑native thinking with daily use of LLMs, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
• Fluency in clinical and behavioral health documentation workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment across executives, therapists, compliance teams, IT leaders, and frontline staff.
• Systems thinking to connect implementation, training, adoption, and customer success.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows.
• Proficiency in configuring AI tools, including large language models, prompt engineering, and structured output generation.
• Experience delivering clinician training and change‑management programs.
