Client Success Manager

About the role

Welldoc is a leading digital health company focused on AI‑powered cardiometabolic solutions. As a Client Success Manager you will act as the trusted advisor for strategic accounts, driving adoption, satisfaction and growth of our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic client accounts.
• Guide clients on best practices, support activation, engagement and outcome metrics.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engagement and Customer Care to deliver customized materials and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews, track action items and maintain account dashboards.
• Generate and follow up on client invoices, monitor service issues and collaborate on improvement plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years in client‑facing roles managing enterprise‑level accounts, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
• Experience with SaaS solutions, implementation processes and integration with health systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field.
