Client Success Manager

About the role

Centivo is seeking a Client Success Manager to support the day‑to‑day operational experience for its health‑plan clients. Reporting to the Client Success Executive, you will help resolve claims, benefit, and enrollment issues while ensuring accurate client communications and data.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for renewals, escalations, and ongoing plan administration, tracking all inquiries in client trackers.
• Attend and support virtual or in‑person open enrollment meetings and assist with OE communications and portal testing.
• Enter and monitor SRS tickets for Cigna issues, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve member problems.
• Maintain client‑specific data in Salesforce, update workbooks, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Prepare renewal documentation, review plan documents for accuracy, and support project coordination for client renewals and terminations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in client service, account management, or operations within health benefits or insurance.
• Strong knowledge of health‑plan operations, including claims, benefits, and enrollment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce and other client‑facing systems (e.g., Plan Manager).
• Ability to maintain data accuracy across multiple platforms and generate ad‑hoc reports.
