About the role

As a Client Success Manager at Noble Studios, you will act as the strategic bridge between our agency’s digital marketing experts and a portfolio of high‑growth clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive performance against client objectives, and help shape innovative campaigns for some of the most exciting brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual account plans, identifying revenue growth opportunities and aligning strategies with client business goals.
• Scope, estimate, and schedule project work in collaboration with subject‑matter experts to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Maintain strong client relationships, delivering regular reports, recommendations, and briefings.
• Proactively recommend solutions that help clients’ businesses thrive.
• Define KPIs and objectives for each project, ensuring clear alignment between the internal team and client goals.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, annual planning sessions, and strategic roadmap discussions.
• Coordinate and communicate project milestones, expectations, and outcomes across all stakeholders.
