Client Success Executive – Middle Market

About the role

Centivo is seeking a Client Success Executive to lead and cultivate key relationships within its Middle Market portfolio. The role works cross‑functionally with functional experts, third‑party vendors, implementation, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of health plan products and services for clients and their members.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of self‑funded employer clients after implementation.
• Oversee health plan solutions, including member engagement, claims processing, PBM, provider networks, and analytics reporting.
• Lead renewal processes, presenting performance reports and plan design recommendations.
• Identify, track, and resolve client issues, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and deliver clear reporting on plan performance, claims, and analytics to support client decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of health plan experience, including self‑funded accounts.
• Minimum 5 years of client success/account management experience in employer‑sponsored benefits.
• Working knowledge of self‑funded health plan administration, TPA operations, plan design, and claims management.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with HR, Benefits, and Finance stakeholders.
