Client Success Associate (French Speaking)

About the role

As a Client Success Associate at Gartner, you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking clients across multiple business functions. You will help them maximize the value of their Gartner subscription, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage relationships with senior C‑level and junior professionals in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
• Facilitate client calls to surface priorities and recommend action plans that drive high ROI.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize delivered value.
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts, monitoring performance and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of relevant professional or internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
