Client Services Analyst (Hybrid, Denver Metro)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Client Services Analyst to support the strategic and daily management of its Client Services team in Colorado. The role combines financial analysis, market research, and client interaction to drive acquisition pursuits and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial data to build underwriting models for acquisition opportunities.
• Engage clients throughout the acquisition process, providing insights on rental trends, expense management, value‑add opportunities, and valuation methodologies.
• Meet with prospective purchasers to promote Greystar’s management services and nurture client relationships.
• Assist developers by creating development underwriting, analyzing market comps, pipeline data, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to respond to Requests for Proposals for management assignments.
• Conduct market surveys, prepare metrics, compare data, and finalize roll‑ups for due‑diligence audits.

Required profile

• Residence in the Denver Metro area with ability to attend the Greenwood Village office regularly.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling and market analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
