Client Experience Associate (Inbound Calling)

About the role

AnywhereWorks is hiring Client Experience Associates to handle inbound calls for its clients' businesses from home. The position is open only to residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio or Arizona. It is a remote, flexible role with a steady, fast pace.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for clients' businesses from home
• Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments and send messages to clients
• Handle standard answering, Active Response (outbound calls triggered by a message), live chat, relay calls, appointment setting and legal intake calls
• Meet performance targets based on quality, accuracy, ready % and after-call work time

Required profile

• Resides in one of the listed states
• Full availability for 40 hours per week during the first 8-12 weeks after training, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable attendance tracked with a points system
• Own computer and internet connection meeting the company's system requirements

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a warm, upbeat tone
• Good listening skills, staying calm and efficient under pressure
• Dependable and punctual
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Eagerness to learn new call types and tools
