About the role

B&T Building Services is seeking reliable individuals to join our cleaning team in Orlando, FL. As a Cleaning and Maintenance Technician you will help keep commercial properties spotless and safe, contributing to a positive experience for tenants and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors according to schedule.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, restocking supplies as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust and wipe surfaces such as desks, tables, windowsills, and common‑area fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, break rooms, and other shared spaces.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Good time‑management skills and reliability.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects when required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques.
• Proficiency with cleaning equipment operation.
