Clean Team Lead

About the role

The Clean Team Lead oversees the janitorial associates who keep Walmart stores spotless and safe for customers and staff. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that every area—from the parking lot to restrooms and receiving zones—maintains a high standard of cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of janitorial associates across the store.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, entrances, aisles, restrooms, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Schedule and monitor daily cleaning tasks and premium‑eligible duties.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to management.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
