Class A Team Truck Driver – $140k-$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to join our Burlington Township service center. Drivers will operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers, transporting freight between service centers and turn‑point locations while enjoying a predictable 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers across regional routes.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home weekly schedule.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with all DOT regulations.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and documentation.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition qualification).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• CDL Class A operation.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (preferred).
• Tanker endorsement (preferred).
• LTL freight handling experience.
