Civil Programs Project Manager

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Civil Programs Project Manager to lead the execution of aircraft completion, maintenance and repair activities for its North American and global customers. Based in Columbus, MS, you will work within the Civil Programs Department to ensure reliable delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional departments to plan, schedule and budget civil program projects.
• Establish, supervise and revise project schedules and budgets, tracking changes and managing risks.
• Support contract drafting, execution and compliance with Airbus Helicopters Civil Program Management Procedure.
• Lead team members to achieve project milestones on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Ensure clear communication of scope, commitments and concerns among all project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within aerospace or civil program environments.
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets and risk assessments.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with diverse teams.
• Commitment to delivering projects that meet quality, safety and customer requirements.
