CIB New Product & Business Activities Program Associate

About the role

This position sits within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Chief Operating Office and supports product governance, business initiatives, and reporting across the organization. You will help maintain visibility into the product pipeline and deliver insights through dashboards and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of product governance processes, including intake, due‑diligence tracking, and ongoing monitoring of new products and business initiatives.
• Maintain and track the product pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across systems and databases.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide clear visibility into pipeline status, key metrics, and governance outcomes.
• Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights for management decision‑making.
• Work with structured datasets and internal databases to extract, validate, and organize information for reporting purposes.
• Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, and operations to gather data requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Prepare materials for management and committee meetings, including presentations and executive summaries.
• Support audit, regulatory, and ad‑hoc requests by compiling accurate and timely information.
