Banking Associate – 20 Hours Weekly

About the role

TD is looking for a part‑time Banking Associate to join its Miami store team. Working 20 hours per week, you will deliver TD’s brand promise by handling everyday banking transactions and providing customers with clear, educational advice on products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately on the teller line and digital platforms.
• Open new personal deposit accounts and assist with debit/credit card issues.
• Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Regulation E).
• Identify customer financial needs and refer them to appropriate specialists.
• Generate and manage leads through outbound calls, SMS, and appointment setting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience working directly with customers.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

• Proficiency with TD’s banking systems and digital platforms.
