Child Development Technician – Magnolia, AR

About the role

The Child Development Technician (CDT) supports the Kids First pediatric day‑healthcare clinic in Magnolia, AR, providing daily care and developmental interventions for children from birth to five years with special medical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Early Childhood Development Specialist in delivering individualized developmental support and therapeutic activities.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment that promotes growth and well‑being for each child and their family.
• Perform routine caregiving tasks such as feeding, diapering, and monitoring health status.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED plus at least six months experience caring for children.
• Additional education (CCOT, CDA, AA, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field) may substitute for experience.
• Must pass state abuse registry checks, drug screen, TB test, and provide required immunizations.
