Child Development Technician – Magnolia, AR

About the role

The Child Development Technician (CDT) supports the Early Childhood Development Specialist in delivering daily care, developmental support, and individualized interventions to children from birth to five years with special medical needs at the Kids First clinic in Magnolia.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Early Childhood Development Specialist with providing intensive, individualized care and developmental interventions.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes growth and well‑being for each child and their family.
• Support daily clinic operations, including monitoring children, documenting progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary staff.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED plus at least six months of experience caring for children.
• Additional education (CCOT, CDA, AA, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field) may substitute for experience.
• Must pass state abuse registry checks, drug screen, TB test, and provide required immunizations.
