Chief Strategy Officer Leadership Intern Program – Summer 2025

About the role

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Leadership Intern Program is an immersive, unpaid internship designed to train future executives in business strategy, financial planning, and workforce transformation. The program runs through Fall, Spring, and Summer terms with an anticipated start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing corporate revenue‑sharing models and negotiating partnership agreements.
• Research and write grant proposals to secure $500K+ in annual funding.
• Support businesses in implementing revenue‑sharing, workforce investment, and unionization strategies.
• Learn and apply AI‑driven tools (Seamless.ai, ClickUp, Reply.io, Phenom.com) to automate workflows.
• Contribute to affordable, sustainable housing projects and community development initiatives.
• Help organize educational workshops, fundraising campaigns, and marketplace events.

Required profile

• Motivated student interested in business strategy, workforce innovation, and economic justice.
• Strong analytical abilities and willingness to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Passion for community development, sustainability, and long‑term financial equity.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI and automation platforms: Seamless.ai, ClickUp, Reply.io, Phenom.com.
• Basic grant‑writing and research capabilities.

• Potential hourly pay of $20‑40 after the unpaid internship (up to 32 hours/week).
