Chief Strategy Officer Leadership Intern Program - Spring or Summer 2026

About the role

This 1.5‑year remote internship (based in the Houston metro area) is designed to train future executives for the Chief Strategy Officer position at Govuni Collective. Interns will gain hands‑on experience in strategy, financial planning, grant writing, and AI‑driven workforce automation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing corporate revenue‑sharing models and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Research and write grant proposals to secure $500K+ in annual funding.
• Support businesses in implementing workforce investment programs and unionization strategies.
• Learn and apply AI tools such as Seamless.ai, ClickUp, Reply.io, and Phenom.com to optimize operations.
• Contribute to affordable, sustainable housing projects and community development initiatives.

Required profile

• Freshman or sophomore student with strong analytical interest in business strategy and economic justice.
• Willingness to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and commit to long‑term workforce transformation.

• Hourly pay $20‑40 (up to 32 hours/week) with 50% TXWORKS reimbursement.
