Chief of Staff & Head of TPM, Trust Engineering & Operations

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a senior leader to serve as Chief of Staff and Head of Technical Program Management for Trust Engineering & Operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you will partner with senior leadership to shape operating rhythms, drive AI‑focused transformation, and ensure the platform remains safe and trusted for over a billion members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run the cadence for planning, prioritization, budgeting, and talent allocation across a complex organization.
• Establish metrics and health checks to hold teams accountable and improve predictability.
• Elevate engineering and operational rigor, including incident response standards and follow‑through.
• Lead the AI transformation program, defining strategy, owners, and measurable milestones for both defensive and product‑centric AI initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to align direction, remove blockers, and own critical strategic initiatives.
• Manage the technical program management team that executes high‑impact, cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders in a large, complex technology organization.
• Demonstrated ability to set operating rhythms, drive execution, and act as a proxy for senior leadership.
• Strong track record of leading AI‑related programs or transformations.
• Excellent strategic planning, communication, and decision‑making skills.
