Chief Commercial Officer (Remote)

About the role

Schroders Investment Trusts is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive growth and profitability across its portfolio of UK‑listed investment trusts. This full‑time remote position reports directly to the executive team and will shape the commercial direction of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee business and strategic planning processes to align with long‑term objectives.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies that support organisational growth.
• Lead sales initiatives and manage key account relationships to expand revenue.
• Control budgeting activities, ensuring cost‑effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives and maintain competitive positioning.
• Advance client relationships and enhance the company’s standing in the investment trust sector.

Required profile

• Proficiency in business planning and strategic planning.
• Experience in sales and account management with a track record of revenue growth.
• Strong competence in budgeting and financial planning.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in asset management or financial services is preferred.
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
