Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our next phase of high‑velocity growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CCO will own the commercial strategy, drive revenue expansion, and oversee the integration of newly acquired businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of revenue growth across all established business categories.
• Define and execute a scalable growth strategy aligned with expansion objectives.
• Lead integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
• Identify and convert new market opportunities, especially across eCommerce and Amazon channels.
• Build and optimise commercial frameworks across merchant and operational functions.
• Own the end‑to‑end commercial value chain and maintain strong commercial discipline.
• Establish a high‑performance culture focused on delivery, accountability and results.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape long‑term strategic direction and business planning.

Required profile

• Proven leader with a track record of building successful businesses, preferably with turnaround experience.
• Strong commercial understanding across merchant and operational functions.
• Visionary thinker capable of defining strategy, sizing opportunities and executing growth plans.
• Deep operational knowledge of consumer products, especially wholesale apparel & accessories.
• Experience in licensed products is a plus but not required.
