About the role

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Provide accurate information using company procedures and tools.

• Maintain precise records of interactions and process customer accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat‑based environment.
• Exceptional written English communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• High typing speed and ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Patient, empathetic, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further relevant qualifications are a plus.
