Chapter Services Manager

About the role

The Chapter Services Manager serves as the primary liaison between Care to Learn and partner school districts, ensuring health, hunger, and hygiene programs are delivered with excellence. This role supports Springfield Public Schools and other chapters, building strong relationships and coordinating program implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned Chapters, providing customer service and problem‑solving.
• Lead virtual and in‑person meetings, train new Chapter Liaisons, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee mission programs such as Closet, Snack, Food Pantry, and voucher partnerships, managing inventory, scheduling and logistics.
• Coordinate student referrals for critical needs (beds, pest control, lice clinics, dental services, etc.).
• Support and coordinate district and regional events, including Shop With a Hero and Back to School initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams on fundraising, communications, and volunteer support.

Required profile

• Passion for Care to Learn’s mission and experience working in a public school district environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel throughout Missouri and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides).
• Ability to use standard office equipment and computer applications.
