Change Management Practitioner

About the role

The Operations Change Management Practitioner will enable successful adoption of complex, operation‑wide change initiatives. Working in a hybrid setting in Springfield, you will partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to design and deliver change strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, highly complex change efforts across Operations, ensuring initiatives are adopted, sustained, and deliver intended value.
• Influence senior leadership decision‑making and drive consistent Operations change practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive change leadership strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and deliver communication and engagement plans that minimize resistance and foster trust.
• Define, track, and report clear metrics for change effectiveness and sustainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of change management experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Change management certification such as Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent.
• 2+ years applying structured change methodologies, stakeholder analysis, readiness planning, and adoption metrics.
• 2+ years coaching leaders and managers to serve as effective change sponsors.

Required skills

• Prosci/ADKAR or CCMP certification
• Experience with change methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Lean, Agile)
• Use of change metrics and data‑driven insights
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for change execution
