About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Change Management Consultant to drive the day‑to‑day operations of our AI learning and adoption initiatives. Based onsite in San Francisco, you will play a pivotal part in scaling AI fluency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Administer and maintain the AI learning management system (LMS) to ensure seamless user experience.
Coordinate AI‑focused events, workshops, and community activities.
Develop and grow the AI Champions network, fostering peer‑to‑peer knowledge sharing.
Support reporting and dashboard creation to track program metrics.

Required profile

Proven experience managing an LMS or comparable learning platform.
Strong organizational abilities with capacity to juggle multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Background in coordinating events, programs, or ambassador networks.
Excellent written communication and professionalism.
Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Genuine interest in AI tools and large‑scale adoption strategies.
