About the role
Levain Bakery is seeking a Certified Trainer to lead all training and coaching activities across its bakeries. As a brand ambassador, you will ensure every team member delivers the high‑quality products and customer experience that define Levain.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training programs using Levain’s MIX training system.
- Coach staff on product knowledge, bakery procedures, and customer service standards.
- Maintain open, timely communication with team members and management.
- Stay up‑to‑date on new products, promotions, and operational changes.
- Identify training gaps and proactively develop solutions.
