Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA - Home Health Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to perform home health visits for clients in the Loveland/Fort Collins area. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to help clients remain safely at home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct home health visits as part of the Fort Collins Visits office team.
• Provide rehabilitative therapy and coordinate skilled nursing services in clients' homes.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to reach patients.

Required profile

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Colorado.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.

Required skills

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant credential.
• Ability to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
