About the role
Join the Skilled Nursing team at Brendan House, Logan Health, providing compassionate, patient‑centered care on a night shift basis. This PRN position offers flexible, as‑needed work supporting resident daily needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Obtain and report vital signs, document care accurately, and maintain a clean, therapeutic environment.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing leadership and coordinate care priorities.
- Restock supplies, maintain equipment cleanliness, and support compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Current Montana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate.
- Current CPR certification as applicable.
- Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software systems.
