CDL‑B Truck Driver – Local City Delivery

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a full‑time CDL‑B driver to handle city pickup and delivery operations from our Fife, WA service center. Drivers will complete multiple stops each day, return to the terminal daily, and work a variety of Monday‑Friday shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform city‑wide freight pickups and deliveries with multiple stops per shift.
• Operate scanning equipment to track shipments.
• Load and unload freight using an electric pallet jack, dolly, or liftgate as required.
• Interact directly with customers, providing excellent service and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and adhere to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Physical capability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• Operation of scan equipment.
• Electric pallet jack operation.
• Liftgate and dolly handling.
