About the role

RLC is seeking experienced CDL‑A City Pickup & Delivery (P&D) drivers for its Fife, WA service center. This full‑time position offers a $2,500 sign‑on bonus, an hourly rate of $36.70, and a schedule that lets you return home every day.

Key responsibilities

• Perform city‑wide freight pickup and delivery, returning to the terminal daily.
• Make multiple stops each shift, operate scanning equipment, and interact directly with customers.
• Complete lift‑gate deliveries using an electric pallet jack when required.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and follow safety protocols.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A experience in the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if FMCSA transition criteria are met).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop safely.
