CDL Class A Team Truck Driver – $140k-$160k, Home Weekly

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A drivers to join its team of OTR (over‑the‑road) team drivers based in South Windsor, CT. Drivers will operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers, enjoy a home‑every‑week schedule and earn a competitive annual salary.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53 feet or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule each week.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least one year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past three years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, no more than three moving violations in the past three years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military‑to‑civilian transition criteria).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen and road test.
• Ability to safely operate equipment, lift, bend and stoop as needed.

• Tanker endorsement (preferred)
• LTL freight handling experience (preferred)
