CDL A Team Truck Driver – $140k‑$160k Salary, Home Weekly

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced CDL Class A team drivers to join a growing fleet. Drivers enjoy a home‑every‑week schedule, dedicated runs when available, and a competitive compensation package.

Key responsibilities

• Operate team trucks to move trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule.
• Ensure safe handling of loads, including doubles, triples, tankers, and hazardous materials when qualified.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license with at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition specifications).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop safely.
• Dependable and safety‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (preferred).
• Tanker endorsement (preferred).
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• LTL freight handling experience.
