About the role
Join Sedano’s Supermarkets as a part‑time Cashier working the afternoon shift in Miami. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering friendly, efficient service while handling customer purchases.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service.
- Accurately scan items, weigh produce, and operate the cash register for all payment types.
- Maintain the cash drawer, count cash at the start and end of each shift, and provide correct change.
- Perform price checks, bag purchases, and assist customers with loading carts when needed.
- Return discarded items to shelves and keep the checkout area, conveyor belt, scanner, and scale clean.
- Follow safety procedures, report hazards promptly, and ensure a safe store environment.
- Adhere to store policies, wear the required uniform, and help keep the store stocked and organized.
Required profile
- Friendly and courteous attitude toward customers.

- Reliability in maintaining cash accuracy and store cleanliness.
