About the role
R1 RCM provides technology-driven solutions for hospitals, health systems and medical groups. As a Cashier in Milwaukee, you will receive and disburse money for services and prepare daily deposits. You will count money, receive payments by cash, credit or check, issue receipts and change to customers, and reconcile all collections and deposits so that daily deposits are accurate for the accounting department.
Key responsibilities

- Count money, receive payments by cash, credit or check, and issue receipts and change to customers
- Reconcile all collections and deposits to ensure accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service to patients during payment collection
- Ensure daily deposits are accurate and that information is properly logged
- Coordinate daily deposit pickup activities
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
