Case Entry Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Case Entry Specialist to support our healthcare clients by accurately transferring information from Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) into our proprietary system. This fully remote position works US‑based hours, Sunday‑Thursday 11 am‑8 pm EST, and offers an hourly rate of $19.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe client data from EMRs into the required electronic format and verify accuracy.
• Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards for incoming communications.
• Document emails, calls, tickets, and voicemails, and follow up with clients or internal staff for additional information.
• Export and upload documents using CorroHealth’s proprietary system.
• Cross‑train and assist other departmental functions as needed.
• Perform other tasks as requested by management.
