About the role
This part‑time position involves walking the parking lot, gathering shopping carts, and returning them to the store entrance. The role supports store operations by keeping the parking area organized and providing friendly service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and line them up neatly at the store entrance.
- Greet customers with a smile and offer courteous assistance.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area free of safety hazards.
- Assist with general store cleanliness and promptly report any issues.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and dress‑code requirements.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support store objectives.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to follow store policies, safety guidelines, and uniform standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Physical ability to walk and lift carts throughout the shift.
