About the role
Worley, a global energy, chemicals and resources company, is hiring a Carpenter Lead in Cedar Creek, Texas. The role covers constructing, erecting and repairing buildings and other structures made of wood, steel and other materials, including concrete forms, scaffolding, bridges, trestles, tunnels, shelters and towers.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Conform to building codes and other regulations.
- Perform layout, including selecting, measuring, marking and cutting materials, and planning sequences and methods of work.
- Assemble and join materials with nails, screws, bolts or glue.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the industrial construction or maintenance industry.
- NCCER Certified Plus (preferred).
