Caregiver – Flexible Schedule & Competitive Pay

About the role

As a caregiver with One You Love Homecare, you will provide non‑medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for training and development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and feeding.
• Prepare meals, help with feeding, and ensure proper nutrition.
• Maintain client safety, observe infection control, and follow care‑plan protocols.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders.
• Clock in/out and accurately document all tasks performed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance if required for client transport.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
