Care Partner - Luxury Senior Living Community

About the role

The Gallery Tampa, a luxury senior living community in the Tampa market, is preparing for its grand opening with first resident move-ins expected in October 2026. Experience Senior Living is recruiting Care Partners to help launch the community. Applications are being reviewed now, with hiring decisions expected about a month later.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned and requested, in line with the service plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned.
• Review and take part in 24-hour reports, shift change reports and verbal reports as needed.
• Help residents to and from scheduled life enrichment programs and promote their personal choices, independence and spiritual needs.
• Provide verbal encouragement and support, and prioritize tasks as residents' needs change.
• Notify the Director of Health & Wellness and other departments when a resident's needs change, and respond promptly to resident pendant/wearable calls.
• Maintain infection control practices, report accidents and incidents to the supervisor, and keep resident information confidential.
• Be prepared for emergencies such as fires and disasters.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• License or certificate for medication assistance preferred where applicable.
• Ability to read, write and communicate simply, and to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Background screening in accordance with Florida law and company policy is required; some positions may need fingerprinting and Level 1 or Level 2 screening.

Required skills

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate warmly and effectively with residents, families, management and vendors, and to make independent decisions.
