Capital Markets Analyst / Senior Analyst

About the role

SB Energy is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Capital Markets team. The role supports the execution of a variety of financing transactions, ranging from project finance debt to tax equity and structured capital solutions, and offers a pathway to eventually lead financings.

Key responsibilities

• Support capital formation as part of deal teams, including building financial models and performing analytical tasks.
• Lead due‑diligence processes and assist in negotiating transaction documentation.
• Help drive execution toward financial close and resolve issues that arise.
• Collaborate with internal functional teams such as M&A, FP&A, project development, procurement, construction, O&M, and asset management.
• Maintain relationships with external parties and coordinate funding requests, flow of funds, and closing deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of company processes.
